This TREE of LIFE is here to demonstrate the national implications of Adhesions and their related disorders. To stand as a silent testament to the pain and suffering caused by this life altering disease

This TREE of LIFE represents the many years of suffering among men and women, diagnosed with Adhesions and their related disorders.

Please submit your details, followed by your story in the box provided on the front of The TREE of LIFE book of stories.   It would be preferable to supply a passport sized photograph of yourself. If you are not sure how to insert the photo, e-mail our Webmaster Kris,on webmaster@adhesions.org.uk

You can subscribe to the mailing list in several ways: For the quickest way, just click on the button in the centre of the home page. That will take you directly to our listbot page. Add your e-mail then click on the listbot button to activate.

Click the button at the top of the home page that says TREE of LIFE This will take you to our TREE of LIFE book of stories, use your down arrow on your computer to scroll down to the bottom of the book, add your e-mail then click on the listbot button to activate.

Soon you will be able to send and receive emails from other fellow sticky friends, you need never feel alone again.

How to access the UKAS CHAT ROOM

Click on the button at the top of the page that says CHAT ROOM. This will take you straight to the CHAT ROOM. Insert your name or nickname and e mail in the box provided then click connect. The CHAT ROOM will be open 24hr, 7Days per week. Come in for a chat with all our sticky friends. There is no need to feel alone. If we have any special guests in the CHAT ROOM, a notice will be posted on the message board. This service is also available to our IAS members who are most wellcome to come in and chat with us.
